About WinWinTalk and Mind Depot Coaching
WinWinTalk is the official website of Mind Depot Coaching 德驛站, a Sydney-based training and coaching organisation established in 2008. We provide practical learning experiences for personal development, communication, leadership and professional growth.

Our approach
Our courses focus on practical application, guided practice and reflective learning. On this website, “NLP” means Neuro-Linguistic Programming rather than Natural Language Processing used in artificial intelligence. Educational and coaching services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or emergency care, and individual outcomes vary.
